Settings
Downloads everything — every campaign, page, feedback round, comment, screenshot, and user account — in one file. Keep it somewhere safe: it contains staff login credentials (hashed, but still sensitive).
A full backup like the one above runs automatically every Monday at 2am — or click below to create one right now. Either way, backups older than 4 weeks are deleted automatically.
Replaces the entire library — every campaign and user account not in the file is permanently deleted. Use this to recover from a backup, not to add one campaign (use Import a campaign below for that).
Adds a campaign exported from another environment (e.g. staging ↔ live). If a campaign with the same ID already exists here, you'll be asked whether to import it as a new, separate campaign or overwrite the existing one — nothing else in the library is affected either way.
Every screenshot sitting in storage — captured or manually uploaded. "In use" means it's still the current page image, a round's snapshot, or a share/OG image somewhere; anything else is safe to remove. Removing sends it to the Trash first — nothing is permanently deleted until you empty it.
